Sessions that come back, a calendar that keeps up
In kinesiology, the same client often comes back for several sessions. The SkyTarget calendar shows your week by room and by practitioner, with open time, so you can place the next session without searching.
- The next open time in one click. To see right away where the next session fits.
- Drag, move, swap. Drag and drop an appointment, “Move” it, or “Swap” two appointments.
- Your time off and closures. Time off shows as a banner; a closure can cancel the affected appointments and notify clients by text.
- The come-back reminder. For each treatment, a delay after which the client gets a text inviting them back, if they don't already have an appointment.
Your clients book, get reminders and stay organized
- Online booking. By treatment, by practitioner or at the first open time, confirmed by a 6-digit text code, within the booking window you choose, from 2 weeks to 6 months.
- A confirmation and a reminder. A text at booking, then a reminder a few hours before the session.
- A confirmation request, if you want it. A setting, off by default, sends a YES or NO confirmation request 24, 48 or 72 hours before. A NO cancels nothing: the appointment is marked “to call back”.
- The client app. On the Signature plan, clients book, move or cancel their sessions there and find their invoices.

What SkyTarget doesn't do
SkyTarget has nothing kinesiology-specific: no assessment template, no note template, no tool to build exercise programs. You build your own questionnaire with the form builder.
SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers and takes no online payment or deposit. The receipt shows your association and member number if you enter them; we can't guarantee that any given insurer will accept it.
Frequently asked questions
Can my clients book their sessions online?
Yes, from the Essentiel plan, through your booking link (and on your website from the Pro plan). They book by treatment, by practitioner or at the first open time, and a 6-digit text code confirms each booking.
Do reminders go out automatically?
Yes. The client gets a text at booking, then a reminder a few hours before the session. The YES or NO confirmation request is a setting you turn on if you want it.
Can clients move a session themselves?
Yes, in the client app on the Signature plan, or by phone with Élise.
Is there a kinesiology assessment questionnaire?
Not a ready-made one. You build your own with the form builder, on the Signature plan, and clients fill it out in the app before the visit.
Do my receipts show my member number?
Yes, if you enter your association and member number in your settings. The PDF receipt prints them, with GST and QST when the treatment is taxable.
