SkyTarget runs your massage therapy clinic's front desk, from booking to receipt.
SkyTarget is a management platform built for massage therapy clinics in Quebec: a bilingual website, online booking into your calendar, text reminders, client files, and receipts that show your association and member number. It includes an 80-question health questionnaire in French and English, and a visit note with a clickable body map. On the Signature plan, Élise, the AI receptionist, also answers the phone while you're with clients.
Massage therapy: Essentiel $39, Pro $69 and Signature $99 per month, no contract.

What's built for massage therapy
- A complete health questionnaire. 8 sections and 80 questions, in French and English. Pain questions only appear if the client has pain, and the questionnaire ends with an attestation and a signature.
- No association branding. The questionnaire carries no association's name: you copy it and add your own.
- Massage therapy form templates. Massage therapy consent, “Tension areas & goals”, a history update and an intake form.
- A visit note with a body map. You click the treated areas on a body map, front and back: 28 muscles and regions, named in French and Latin. You also record pressure, duration, tension or pain from 0 to 10, and contraindications.
- The last visit in one click. “Copy last visit” brings back the previous note, and a chart shows how tension changes from one visit to the next.
- Four-hands massage. A session with two practitioners holds both calendars, and it books online like any other treatment.
What each plan adds
- Essentiel. Your online booking link, confirmed by a 6-digit text code; a calendar by room and by practitioner; text reminders and confirmations; client files and visit notes; invoicing with GST and QST.
- Pro. Your website in French and English; Diana, who answers your clients and books on the website, 24/7; your offers and promotions; your Google reviews; the blog.
- Signature. Élise on the phone, with a dedicated number; the health questionnaire and your forms filled out in the app before the visit, with the form builder; AI dictation of visit notes; the client app.

- 2They get a confirmationA text confirms the appointment, then a reminder goes out a few hours before.
- 3They fill out the questionnaireIn the app, before the visit; their health answers go into their file and are flagged for the practitioner.
- 4You write the visit noteOn the body map, by hand or, with Signature, by dictation.
- 5The receipt goes outAn “OFFICIAL RECEIPT” PDF, emailed in the clinic's name, with the date of service, your association, your member number, GST and QST.
What SkyTarget doesn't do
SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers. The receipt shows your association and member number; your client submits it to their insurer, and we can't guarantee that any given insurer will accept it.
There's no online payment or deposit at booking: you record payments by hand, by card, cash, cheque or transfer. AI dictation, included in Signature, is turned on at the clinic's written request; a handwritten note is always available.
