Your health assessment, built your way
- No imposed template. SkyTarget doesn't provide a ready-made naturopathy assessment: you build your own, on the Signature plan.
- 8 question types. Short or long answer, number, date, yes or no, single choice, multiple choice and signature.
- Sections and conditions. A question can appear only based on an earlier answer, to keep the form short.
- In French and English. You add the English translation of each question.
- Preview and versions. You see the form as it looks on a phone, then publish a version.

What SkyTarget doesn't do
SkyTarget has no naturopathy-specific form template or note template: you build your own health assessment. AI dictation of notes is an optional module that SkyTarget turns on at the clinic's written request; a handwritten note is always available.
SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers and takes no online payment or deposit. Your clients don't need the app to book: the website and text messages are enough.

Is there a naturopathy health assessment in SkyTarget?
Not a ready-made one. You build your assessment with the form builder, on the Signature plan, and your client fills it out in the app before their first consultation.
Where do my client's answers go?
Into their file. Their health answers are added there and flagged for the practitioner.
Can a first consultation be longer than a follow-up?
Yes. They're two separate treatments in your calendar, each with its own length and price.
Can my client write to me between visits?
Yes, on the Signature plan: they write to the clinic from the app, and the clinic is notified.
Can you bring over my client list?
Yes. We import your clients from a CSV file exported from your previous software.
