During a treatment, the phone still gets answered
An osteopathy day is often made of 45- to 60-minute treatments, when you can't pick up the phone. On the Signature plan, Élise answers for you, in French or English, offers the open times in your calendar, and books, moves or cancels the appointment.
When a call doesn't end with a booking, the request lands in your “Appointment requests”, with the number to call back. From the Essentiel plan, clients also book online themselves, through your booking link (and on your website from the Pro plan), by treatment, by practitioner or at the first open time.
A calendar for your treatments and follow-ups
- By room and by practitioner. Day, week and month views, by room and by practitioner, with open time shown.
- Each treatment has its length. A first visit and a follow-up can be two separate treatments, each with its own length and price.
- Move without starting over. Drag and drop, “Move”, “Swap” two appointments, and the next open time in one click.
- The come-back reminder. For each treatment, you can set a delay after which the client gets a text inviting them back, if they don't already have an appointment.
- Text reminders. A confirmation at booking, then a reminder a few hours before the appointment.
Your questionnaire, built your way
SkyTarget doesn't provide an osteopathy-specific questionnaire: you build your own with the form builder, on the Signature plan. Start from a blank page or a copied template, with 8 question types including a signature, sections, questions that only appear based on an answer, and an English translation.
Your client fills it out in the app before the visit. Their health answers go into their file and are flagged for the practitioner.
What SkyTarget doesn't do
SkyTarget has no osteopathy-specific form template or note template, and Élise only knows the treatments your clinic has entered. She doesn't transfer calls to a live person: she takes the message, and your team calls back.
SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers and takes no online payment or deposit. The receipt shows your association and member number if you enter them; we can't guarantee that any given insurer will accept it.

Is there an osteopathy questionnaire in SkyTarget?
Not a ready-made one. You build your questionnaire with the form builder, on the Signature plan, and clients fill it out in the app before the visit.
Who answers the phone during a treatment?
On the Signature plan, Élise, the AI receptionist, with a dedicated number. She books, moves or cancels in your calendar, and logs a callback request when she can't book.
Do my receipts show my member number?
Yes, if you enter your association and member number in your settings. The PDF receipt prints them, with GST and QST when the treatment is taxable.
Can clients book a follow-up online?
Yes, from the Essentiel plan. They choose the treatment, the practitioner or the first open time, and a 6-digit text code confirms the booking.
Can you bring over my client list?
Yes. We import your clients from a CSV file exported from your previous software.
