Will my clients still be able to call me?

Yes, nothing changes for them. When you're free, you answer as usual. When you're with a client, Élise picks up for you and books straight into your calendar.

Who sets up the platform?

You, in a few minutes, or we do, with you. Online, your calendar and booking link are ready right away, 30 days free. After a demo, we set up your treatments, your calendar and, depending on your plan, your website and Élise's line with you.

Does Élise speak English?

Yes. Élise answers in French and in English, and your website, from the Pro plan, is bilingual.

What happens if a client replies NO to the confirmation?

The appointment moves to “to call back” in your calendar. Nothing is cancelled or freed up without you.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No. They book online, on your booking link or, from the Pro plan, on your website, and get their confirmations and reminders by text. The client app, included in Signature, is a bonus for those who want it.

Where are my clients' files hosted?

In a database located in Montréal. SkyTarget is designed in Québec, French first, around local obligations, including Law 25. Our privacy policy details who processes what, and where. Read the privacy policy (in French)
