What your clients do in the app

• Their appointments. The next appointment at a glance; book, move or cancel.
• Choosing a practitioner. The app asks with whom when several practitioners offer the treatment, along with add-ons and two-practitioner sessions.
• Their forms. Filled out before the visit, from their phone.
• Messages. They write to the clinic, and the clinic is notified.
• Their documents. Aftercare instructions, invoices and the PDF receipt, ready to share.
• Their notifications. All in one place, on a notifications screen.

Forms, before the visit

• Sent by the clinic. You send the form; your client fills it out in the app before arriving.
• Added to the file. Health answers go into the client's file and are flagged for the practitioner, without AI.
• Your own forms. The Signature plan's form builder lets you create your own or copy a template.
• For massage therapy. A complete health questionnaire is provided: 8 sections, 80 questions, in French and English.

What the app doesn't do

It doesn't take payments: your clients find their invoices there, but payment is recorded at the clinic. Family management, for dependants, isn't available yet.

The app's interface is in French; forms and legal documents follow the client's language. And it isn't an app under your name: your clients download “SkyTarget” and find your clinic in it.
