What SkyTarget does for an orthotherapy clinic
- The phone, during the session. On the Signature plan, Élise answers in French or English, recognizes your clients by their number, and books, moves or cancels in your calendar.
- Online booking. From the Essentiel plan, clients book through your booking link — and, from the Pro plan, on your website or with Diana — by treatment, by practitioner or at the first open time, and a 6-digit text code confirms the booking.
- Your sessions, grouped. Treatments of different lengths are grouped into families, so the client picks the right session.
- Text reminders. A confirmation at booking, then a reminder a few hours before the session.

From the Essentiel plan, each invoice becomes an “OFFICIAL RECEIPT” PDF: your name and profession, your association and member number if you enter them, the date of service, and GST and QST with your registration numbers. You set each treatment as taxable or not.
The receipt is emailed in the clinic's name, PDF attached, and your finances show what's billed, what's collected, and the GST and QST to remit.
What SkyTarget doesn't do
SkyTarget has no orthotherapy-specific form template or note template. The health questionnaire and body-map note described on the massage therapy page are built for massage therapy; you build your own orthotherapy questionnaire.
Élise doesn't transfer calls to a live person: she takes the message, and your team calls back. SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers and takes no online payment or deposit.

Do my receipts show my member number?
Yes, if you enter your association and member number in your settings. SkyTarget doesn't bill insurers directly, and we can't guarantee that any given insurer will accept the receipt.
Can my clients book online?
Yes, from the Essentiel plan, through your booking link. From the Pro plan, also on your website and with Diana.
Who sets up the platform?
